How Buyer Protection works
Every order on Kova has Buyer Protection. The seller isn't paid until you confirm delivery.
Step 1
Pay by card or MoMo
Pay securely through Paystack. Kova holds the payment and you get a delivery code.
Step 2
Get it delivered or pick it up
Choose pickup, Kova delivery or the seller's own delivery, and track your order live.
Step 3
Confirm with your code
Happy with it? Confirm with your delivery code. Something wrong? Raise it before you confirm.
Step 4
The seller gets paid to MoMo
Kova releases the money to the seller only after you confirm.
